Our Response Time

Upon receiving your complaint, we aim to address it as swiftly as possible. For payments-related complaints, we will respond within 15 business days. If the nature of the complaint is more complex, it might take up to 35 business days. Should there be any delay in our final response, we will keep you updated on our progress.

After Our Response

If you’re not satisfied with our resolution, and you qualify as an eligible complainant under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSRs 2017), you can refer your complaint to the UK Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
